Blender Banana Bread
1/2 cup butter or what ever you want to use
1 3/4 cups flour
3 ripe bananas of decent size. If you use those baby one I would use 6
I cup sugar. I use coconut or a natural sugar, not white sugar.
3/4 tsp of baking soda even
1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar. Might have to look up a substitute.
It calls for nuts but won’t happen when I make it.
Put eggs, sugar, bananas, and butter in blender. Blend till smooth. Mix soda, flour, cream of tartar, and salt in a bowl. Pour blender contents in and mix just to combine.
Don’t over mix pour into a greased 8×4 loaf pan and bake at 350 about 45 min and golden brown. It’s finished when tooth pick comes out clean. It always takes longer than 45 min. But just check it.
Cool and eat!
