Philadelphia based Tattoo Convention organizers and promoters, Villain Arts, will be touching down in America's Dairyland for the 8th time to host their World Famous traveling tattoo arts convention. The show, which features over 300 of the finest tattooers in the industry tattooing live on the premises, carnival style sideshow performers, artistic and modern burlesque alongside vendors with rare and exotic jewelry, collectibles and tattoo memorabilia.
